If you are dis-satisfied for any reason, we want to know and we will correct any defect in materials or workmanship. Just email us at ForgetMeNot-Candle@lycos.com or call 812-427-3774. We will gladly discuss the problem and attempt to resolve any concern.
We have NEVER had a complaint and don't intend to have any.
