Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: Stock items are shipped within 3 days. Delivery to the farthest point in the US by Priority mail is 3 days. Maximum of 6 business days for stock items. Personalized items take a little longer. Once we receive you digital pictures via email, your Personalized CandleGlass will be shipped within 5 business days + 3 days for the Post Office and you are looking at 8 days from receipt of your digital pictures.
Q: Do you offer Quantity Discounts? A: Yes, just email us for a quotation.
Q: How permanent are your CandleGlass? A: The answer lies in how they are handled. The images are embedded into the exterior of the glass; however, if you scratch them with a sharp object, you will likely damage the images. They are glass and will break if dropped, but then so do candles.
Q: How are your CandleGlass reusable. A: Because our product is not a candle, but candleglass, you can reuse simply by putting another standard candle inside the candleglass. You can burn candles endlessly without damaging the pictures, as they are heat resistant up to 300F.
Q: How do I remove left over wax? A: This is quite simple. As the candleglass is just that - glass. The images are heat resistant, just heat the candleglass in an oven at 150F. This will melt the wax without damaging your pictures. Then just pour out the melted wax. Be sure to wear gloves as the candleglass will be HOT and the liquid wax will burn if you get it on bare skin.
